Ordering JDLink subscriptions

Credit Card payment
In case of credit card payment, an invoice will be sent by post and the subscription will be provided as soon as the payment is accepted.

Bank transfer
You can also purchase your JDLink subscription by using the following process:

Download the pdf-file containing the Fax Order Form and the contracts.
Print out the document and enter the requested data.
Sign the English version of the "John Deere Data Privacy Authorization" and the "John Deere Telematics System Contract". The English version is legally binding.
Exception: Customers from Ukraine need to sign the Ukrainian contracts not the English ones.
Send the fax form and the signed contracts to ISG Europe.

In case of bank transfer payment, an invoice will be sent by fax with all needed bank information. The activation will be automatically provided to your JDLink system after completion of the bank transfer for this payment. This process may take up to 5 working days.

NOTE: As business owner, please enter your valid company VAT ID into the fax form as it is required for tax purposes. The VAT ID will be validated by verifying company name, legal form and company city to exactly match the trade registration file. Please note that we are not allowed to generate activation codes without taxes if your company VAT ID is NOT valid.
