GS2 1800 Customers: Important Note for Transferring Activations
AMS has discovered an issue with transferring activations on a GS2 1800 display. This display does not have a "basics" activation for software, however the Stellar Support tool will allow some customers to transfer "basics." DO NOT attempt to transfer "basics", as this will cause issues with your transfer. Please make sure the "basics" check box is empty before proceeding with selecting activations for transfer.
