On Tuesday, 29 June 2010 at 7:00 AM (CDT) the JDLink Ultimate website will be down for software updates. The JDLink Ultimate outage will last 24 hours. Users will not lose any data during this outage.
Machines equipped with JDLink Ultimate will not update while the website updates are being implemented. The JDLink Ultimate website will be in a “Read Only” state. Once the web updates are complete the Ultimate data accumulated on machines during the outage will be updated on the next call in.
Customers will still be able to use the JDLink Select website (Qualcomm website) as normal. The data on the JDLink Select website will update during the terminals normal call-in times.
