In an effort to enhance the support services line, 888-GRNSTAR support will no longer be processing activation calls as of June 10, 2010. From June 10, 2010 through November 1, 2010 the option for direct transfer to the new activation line, 888-953-3373 will be available when calling 888-GRNSTAR support.
However as of November 1, 2010, activations will only be taken by the new activation line, 888-953-3373 and 888-GRNSTAR support will only handle support calls. A notice with these changes will be initiated on the 888-GRNSTAR and AMS Dealer call menu.
