AMS has been providing customers with an interactive opportunity to discuss AMS products on a public discussion forum that started with Apex™ Farm Management Software. Since then, the forum has expanded to Displays, Documentation and Guidance products. The forum is available for all customers, dealers and prospective buyers who create a user ID and password on the StellarSupport website.
Please note dealers will not be able to log in using their Deere ID. If dealers would like to reply to comments, they will have to create a profile on the StellarSupport website. Users must register with a user ID and password to be able to post on the forum.
The forum will be monitored on all interactions and responded to by our John Deere Customer Contact Center (CCC) technicians when the information that has been posted is incorrect or inappropriate.
