Due to unforeseen technical issues deploying the latest JDLink Software to the JDLink website the web outage has been extended. The JDLink team is working through the technical issues and will have the JDLink website up as soon as possible.
During this update the JDLink website will not be available. Be assured your JDLink system will continue collecting data as normal while the website is down. Once the website upgrade is complete, the data will be available to view.
Any alerts for DTC's, Geofence, or Curfew may not be operational during the web outage but will be available after the web is back up and running.
We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to improve the website.
