Thank you for the confidence you place in your John Deere dealer, our products and the AMS Customer Contact Center (CCC). John Deere and the John Deere dealer organization are committed to providing you superior product support to insure that your equipment investment is fulfilling the needed performance, productivity and uptime.
The John Deere AMS CCC supplements dealerships in providing you support for your AMS equipment purchases. Effective 1 March 2012, a change is being implemented to provide a better customer experience and to further ensure your local John Deere dealer is the first line of support for your operation. Dealers are developing support plans to leverage the CCC services within their overall AMS customer support capability. Please contact your dealer to discuss your specific support needs, and determine the best plan for your operation going forward. AMS/JDLink purchases from now until 29 February 2012 will continue to include one year, no charge support in base equipment price. The activation line and StellarSupport website will also continue to be a no charge service allowing customers 24 hour access to solutions and operational information. The CCC provided support will continue in the following manner.
