John Deere

February JDLink™ Web Outage

Starting: Sunday 0:00 am CST 12 February 2012
Ending: Sunday 08:00 am CST 12 February 2012

In an effort to continually improve the JDLink website, we will be updating the website over the weekend. During this update the JDLink website will be available, but will not be updating data. Be assured your JDLink system will continue collecting data as normal while the website is down. Once the website upgrade is complete, the data will be available to view. The following features will be impacted by these outages.

  1. Log in - Users will not be able to log into JDLink. They will receive a splash screen that indicates the web is experiencing updates and will be unavailable during the outages.
  2. Alerts - Email and SMS text alerts (geofence, curfew and DTC's) will be delayed and sent after the deployment updates are successful.
  3. API's - Application Programming Interfaces that plan to run in this timeframe will not be able to pull current data.
  4. Fleet Care - All JDLink information that Fleet Care uses will be impacted during the outages.
  5. SAR - Service ADVISOR Remote connections will not be available during these outages.

We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to improve the website.

If you have an immediate concern, please have your local John Deere dealer submit a JDLink DTAC case.

Best Regards,

JDLink Team
