GS2 1800 displays must first have software version 2.0.554 installed before the next update. Please check to make sure this has been completed before proceeding with Software Update 2009-2! GS2 1800 displays originally delivered between February 1, 2009 and May 1, 2009 (Serial Numbers 100001 – 100411) may require the 2.0.554 update.
To check the software version currently installed, follow these steps on the GS2 1800 display.
- Select Menu
- Select Display
- Select Diagnostics
- Select About
- View the "VT App Build Number"
Note: Software version 2.0.554 was released on March 30th and provided functionality for GreenStar applications such as AutoTrac.
