Original StarFire Desktop Configurator
This StarFire Desktop Configurator Program is for StarFire Position Receiver owners that set the baud rates and update rates of the StarFire Position Receiver to work with NON - Deere applications (i.e. Laptops). It is not tested or supported to work with Windows™ CE, PDAs, or any handheld units such as I-Paqs. This StarFire Desktop Config program will also allow you to update software to the receiver with the proper file attached.
If you are loading new software to your original receiver with Configurator, use the following file to load the software. If you are loading new software to your original StarFire receiver with Configurator, use the following .gst file.
NOTE: Right click on the .gst file and select Save Target As...
StarFire iTC Configurator
This StarFire iTC Desktop Configurator Program is for StarFire iTC Receiver owners that set the baud rates and update rates of the iTC Receiver to work with NON - Deere applications (i.e. Laptops). It is not tested or supported to work with Windows™ CE, PDAs, or any handheld units such as I-Paqs. This StarFire iTC Desktop Config program will also allow you to update software to the receiver with the proper .gst attached.
NOTE: The StarFire iTC will only send and receive RS232 (NMEA String) data in the following situations:
- If you have a SF2 License and/or RTK activation active on the receiver
- If you have SF1 and/or SF2 Ready activation with a mobile processor and GreenStar Display connected to the system.
If you want to use StarFire iTC Configurator to load software to the receiver, use the following .hex file for iTC.
NOTE: Right click on the .hex file and select Save Target As...
