How to find AMS hardware serial numbers

When renewing or purchasing an AMS Support Agreement, you may be asked for the hardware serial number of an AMS component (ex. GS2 2600 or StarFire™ iTC). It is important to note that the full 13-digit code will be needed. Considering the first 7 characters of the serial number can change based on hardware version, only obtaining the last 6 characters will not be sufficient. To help you find the full 13-digit code, below is a list of where the serial numbers can be found on each product and an example of each.
